Safely Linked, a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit safelylinked.com or submit an inquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. Safely Linked is an independent information and coordination service. We are not a research organization, medical facility, or healthcare provider.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit an inquiry, including your name, email address, optional phone number, and any notes about your area of interest. We also collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the website.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide coordination information.
  • To send account notification SMS messages if you opt in.
  • To send opportunity update SMS messages if you opt in.
  • To improve our website, content, and services.

3. SMS messaging and consent

SMS opt-in is collected through two separate, unchecked-by-default checkboxes on our contact form, one for account notifications and one for opportunity update marketing. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of accessing any service. We do not sell, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent records with any third party, except as required to operate the messaging service through our messaging provider.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with research sponsors, drug development companies, or third-party marketers. If you ask to be introduced to a specific independent trial program, we share your contact information with that program for the sole purpose of that introduction, and only after you have agreed.

We retain inquiry and consent records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of certain processing, and appeal denials of such requests. Submit requests by email and we will respond within the applicable timeframe.

7. Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
