SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by Safely Linked, a DBA of Clinical Relay LLC, to users who have opted in to receive them.

Program description

Safely Linked operates two distinct SMS programs. The Account Notifications program sends messages about your inquiry status, reminders, and coordination steps. The Opportunity Updates program sends marketing messages when new trial opportunities match your stated area of interest. You may opt in to either or both programs independently through the contact form on our website.

Opt-in

Opt-in is collected through two separate, unchecked-by-default checkboxes on our contact form. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of accessing any service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Account Notifications typically include up to 5 messages per month. Opportunity Updates typically include up to 6 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt-out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent records with any third party, except as required to operate the messaging service through our messaging provider. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
